When we think about foreign language classroom, we can discover a lot of positive and effective actions opening the strait way to real intellectual personal development. Of course, one of the most interesting for students as well for teachers is interview’ method as a thought and action. It is not important, in what country we live and learn, when we every day listen to interviews, read and watch. As a result, we learn. The best approach to the process of our students learning through interviews as well, is the leading role of a teacher, well prepared for scientific interviewing conversation with the students, being professionally, emotionally and mentally ready to overcome all obstacles in the process of communication in group working.
What is interviewing process in class activity? Let us mention some items concerning the action in reality of communication. Let us imagine a pedagogical experiment, devoted to the problem of interviewing in classroom (It took place in reality of recent pedagogical practice). Of course, first of all the organizers of the role-play process think about the success of interview planned. It is to be useful as a productive process of personal and professional development. The success of an interview depends both on the skills of the interviewer, on her (him) a teacher’ ability to ask the right kinds of questions, to insist and interpret, and on the willingness to talk on the part of the person being interviewed. Both partners (a teacher and student, students) in an interview should be good at listening so that a question and answer sequence develops into a conversation [1, p. 24].
Interviewing is a kind of effective testing of those learning, training, coaching, schooling and educating students. We introduce them into the scheme of teaching and upbringing. What do we think about, when we when we develop and improve the quality of all stages and levels of our teaching. It is a good contribution to personal intellectual, professional, social and cultural development of those involved for the demands of modern international society and individual needs of our students [2, p. 80].
Let us remember some witty phrases we read and discuss with our students in order to recognize ourselves as a part of the whole process of our international unity for the sake of peace and friendship. In order to be more detailed and right in our description of the process of communication, we mentioned and stressed some most important key-phrases, having the most deep sense in the process of our interviewing’ teaching. Talking about the problems, having attention to the interviewing process, the students had to think over effective practice and discuss it in short or long interview. The core of different phrases we are ready to suppose you to know, included such notions as : effective practice, explanation of how to learn, a variety of responses, important work to be done, reason for working in groups, practice for improvement of habits, similarities and differences, concrete actions to perform or to play before a group, a performing skill, a test situation, describing the various steps, basic principles to perform, plans to be detailed, description of habits and processes.

The process of teaching is constantly renewed one. Teaching and talking (as communicative conversational process) are I extremely important in the whole assimilation of all urgent methods and habits for successful reading and talking of their students.
Let us denote some main positions everybody leaning “how to speak in communicative process” must know. They are: aim, purpose, goal, object, target, intention. The students must know what do they want to get from talking (communication), by talking, what for interviewing. The students learn a lot of new words in accordance with one main word explaining the whole process of learning English.
There are some international interview’ topics we include in our practice with students in addition to the main phrases supposed to be discussed in interviews.
They are; Loneliness; Hunger; Wildlife protection; Private and public transport; Jld and new things; Saving things; Pets; Plans and ambitions; Clothes; Eating out; Favourite films; Letter-writing; Moving house; Changing jobs; Minorities; Illness; The right to die; Keeping fit; The best teacher I ever had; Handicapped people; Weather; Single-parent families; Old and young under one roof; Quality of life; Smoking.
As far as teachers are concerned, they may use “Indicative independence test-research agenda for the students” for teaching them speaking and thinking. Not less. In practice it is a great amount of vocabulary as terms of any kind, idioms, professional terminology, poetic ones, dialogue and monologue’ schemes for a real practice of communication, models of special grammatical schemes and instructions for different spheres of communication, writing skills, listening skills and so on.
In the process of preparation to the interviewing tests, It is very important to choose texts on a wide range of choice, including all spheres of life- professional, educational, personal, social, emotional and so on. Such texts are extremely useful for supporting rational and alive regime of independent learning in direction of repeating professional terms, ordinary vocabulary, technical and humanitarian definitions, compound expressions and idioms. Some of them may be productive and interesting at the first stage of the long reading-test. They are:
- Write a dialogue that could introduce a guessing game in which the players use words for nature, army, political and economical debates, family life, living values, personal qualities, peace and war, art gallery, theatre and sinema.
- Write a series of commands that would require students to understand the following words: hand, head, face, ear, neck, back, foot (feet).
- Write a very simple description of a real patient in a clinic, a real teacher in a University, a real mother in a family and an imaginary visitor from another planet. Then write instructions how to use the description for the possible picture-drawing activity (especially you have a talent of an artist).
The main positions must be taking into account and described by a teacher in a detail in order to explain not only meaning of the communication aim, but the importance of detailed approach to each word and sentence for understanding reading as a key to understanding the personal development. They are:
- Respect the communication of feelings;
- Be tolerant when others discharge emotions;
- Reward behavior you want;
- Disengage from power struggles;
- Don’t retaliate;
- Avoid nagging and criticism [3, p. 100].
The rationally and logically correct organization of independent educational practice in different spheres (class, communities etc.) and spaces (all methods of teaching) becomes a visible result of well-organized process of English-teaching in class pretending to be a promised model for all those interested in happy independently prolonged English learning [4, p. 31].
