See everything as a stepping stone to victory».

Personal development of students is not possible without professional intellectual and witty approach of teachers to this process. The very activities in this sphere are based on the principle of the so called “values clarification approach” (Friederike Klippel). The point of this practice is to make all possible in order to help young people to become aware of their own values and to act according to them. It is known that personal values relate both to one’s own personality and to the outside world/ It includes such spheres as school, University, leisure activities or politics. It is always interesting to discover something about themselves. When we take the tasks into account, we must know that the individual tasks appeal directly to the learners. The learners have to be prepared to talk about their abilities, feelings and attitudes. IT is a very motivated experience, because the students feel themselves in a sphere of something meaningful. They can share their values with each other and teachers. In these practice the right to refuse to answer is granted to everyone. It makes the teachers easier to integrate them into a democratic style of teaching. So, we can be sure in a good teacher’ characteristic. A good teacher is like this: keeps in contact with the parents of his or her pupils (students) and lets them participate in the life of the school, university; is able to maintain discipline and order; lets the students share his or her own life with all its ups and downs; works hard to remain up-to-date in his or her subject; openly admits when he or she has made a mistake or does not know something; is interested in his or her students, asks them about their homes and tries to help where possible; makes the students work hard and sets high standards; is friendly and helpful to his or her colleagues; uses a lot of different materials, equipment and teaching methods and attempts to make his or her lessons interesting; helps the students become independent and organize their own learning [1, p. 166].

In our routine everyday teachers’ work we have two major aims. The most meaningful aim is to prepare our students for the kind of English used by and for native speakers. In order to be ready for this reason we try to use less of simplified material which is made easy for the learner. A wide range of material intended for speakers of English is in demand. The main role in the process of educating and upbringing belongs to teachers, their individual characteristics, intellectual and emotional features, psychological stability, openness and professional perfection. In order to create a leader, recognizing the value of living values in his (her) future professional practice, the teachers tend to consider the Values as a subject of learning and personal development in classroom and outside [2, p. 115].
